Sustained Investigation Series
The question that guided my sustained investigation was, "how can I represent how life interacts with death using wire and wood/rock?". Throughout the course of my sustained investigation, I wanted to stay as true to my theme as possible, which is why all of my pieces are made using the same materials. My pieces are simple and complex at the same time.
